Floor Plans help provide a much better understanding of the layout. Photos show rooms, but they don’t always show connections. Yes, we do our absolute best to photograph how the house flows, but floor plans absolutely build that bridge. When buyers can picture the flow of the home, they become more confident buyers. When buyers are confident AND interested your listing gets more engagement. And that’s what we want.

Which houses need Floor Plans?

All of them? No. If your house is unique, wildly large, has multiple living spaces, or if you’re marketing to out-of-town buyers, you want to add them on.
