Realtors should consider using a 360º Tour whether it be Matterport or Zillow Showcase for their listings for several reasons:
Enhanced Property Visualization: Matterport offers immersive 3D tours that allow potential buyers to virtually walk through a property. This provides a much richer experience than traditional photos or videos, helping buyers get a better feel for the layout, size, and flow of the property.
Increased Buyer Engagement: Interactive 3D tours generated by Matterport tend to keep potential buyers engaged for longer periods compared to static images. This increased engagement can lead to higher levels of interest and a better understanding of the property’s features.
Time Savings: Instead of scheduling multiple physical showings, realtors can use Matterport to showcase properties remotely. This saves time for both realtors and buyers by allowing them to narrow down options more efficiently before visiting properties in person.
Global Reach: Matterport tours can be accessed from anywhere in the world, making it easier to market properties to international buyers or out-of-state clients who may not be able to visit in person before making a decision. This expands the potential buyer pool and increases the chances of a quicker sale.
By utilizing 360º technology, realtors can offer a more compelling and accessible way for potential buyers to explore properties, ultimately leading to faster sales and satisfied clients.
Here are some Zillow 3D Tours that we build. When you order a Zillow 3D Tour, that’s all you have to do. Once we are done building it, it automatically loads it into Zillow for you! So far, we have built this in houses in Bennington, Plattsmouth, and Omaha and would love to have made one in each little city the Omaha/Metro area has.
Below there are two versions of the tours, but on Zillow they will look more uniform. We want to show you what the floor plans look like from a Zillow Tour! The second one is the tour only. However, you can toggle between a fuller screen or a split screen when viewing them on this website.
