PHOTOGRAPHY

Let’s talk about photos. Photos are a great way for potential buyers to view the home one image at a time. CMFW Media strives to provide the absolute best in Omaha. We use a variety of techniques to bring what our eyes see in the real word to each photograph. Cameras cannot determine what’s overexposed or under without the guidance of a talented photographer. We take multiple exposures to make sure that the bright sunlit outside doesn’t blow out the inside of the house with light, and we make sure that the inside of the house is exposed properly without losing the natural beauty of the outside world.

Our prices start at $150 and is dynamic based on the size of the house.

AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Let’s take a minute and discuss aerial shots. Viewing a house from the ground is easy, but from the sky? That provides a whole new perspective for buyers. Shots from the sky offer the ability to see the neighborhood, the entire backyard, neat features that may be just a few blocks down the road, and everything else. We are FAA Part 107 Certified and have a small fleet of drones to achieve any vision you have. We use a DJI Air 2S to take master shots from the outside, and a DJI Avata that can fly from outside to inside.

Add on to a photo package: $95
Used only as a solo service: $175

FLOOR PLANS

Floor plans. We make em. If a buyer is having to purchase new furniture, they’re gonna need to know what they're working with. We have a couple of methods of obtaining these, either through a video app or through a Matterport Tour. These are most excellent for houses that may require some TLC. If you know that the house is going to require some, add these on to your listing so buyers can feel more prepared and purchase with certainty.

360º MATTERPORT TOURS

Photos are great. Let’s be real, they’re what all photo businesses start with. But we are your one stop shop for all things Real Estate Media. That includes 360º Matterport Tours. These tours really held their own during the Covid-19 Pandemic. They hold themselves still. Buyers from out of town are now able to view a property and fall in love with their new home before they even step foot into it. They also help build buyers confidence when submitting offers. We track the stats on our tours and on average, we have roughly 300 views per week. Homes with tours sell 31% faster.

VIDEOGRAPHY

While we are mostly in the photo business, we do offer videography. This is currently a new skill to us, so our prices are relatively lower than the average for now. Video is also becoming the hot new trend. We offer guided tours with the agent, master shots from our DJI Air 2S, and a neat FPV drone video work where we fly around the house, through the front door, and out of the kitchen. Because video editing is new to us, we have our prices low. However, that means that whenever you receive the video product from us, we need your 100% honest feedback. We are veteran owned and operated, you won’t hurt our feelings. It’s how we have gotten this far!

COMING SOON

New Construction 3D Rendering. It’s hard to take photos of a home that isn’t built. Send us floor plans and we will build it for you for buyers to envision what can be.

AI Virtual Staging. Blank homes can be a bore to some buyers. As we continue to develop out skills with AI, we will strive to bring houses to life.

THE FINE PRINT!

We don’t like hidden fees. So we won’t hide them. In fact, we bolded our fee policy in here so you can quickly find which ones may apply to you.

Our turnaround time to deliver the media is guaranteed within 48 hours. We generally get everything done within 24. Matterport Tours can take longer for larger projects, but we will communicate that. That said, if you require the media to be delivered within 24 hours, there’s going to be a rush fee of 15% of the bill, with the exception of Matterport Tours. Depending on how fast you need the media, we may send over a quick rough draft of the photos to get the listing up, but know that we will still continue to edit the photos to the CMFW Media Standards.

Matterport is a subscription based platform. We’ll cover the first month. Most homes sell within that timeframe. However, each month after, there is a $10 hosting fee. For those who run Air B&B’s, we can get them on your site and we offer a 15% discount for multiple tours.

Booking is done through TidyCal. Click the booking link to be taken there. You’ll receive a reminder email about what you as the seller or agent can do to make your home standout the most. We are absolutely not against tidying up, moving boxes around, etc. However, if most of our time is dedicated to staging rooms, we will charge an additional $75. We have moved tables around in the past to fill the room up and that’s fine. We have also moved 36 boxes around from room to room multiple times and that… that wasn’t so fine.

All media is delivered via Show and Tour. There, you can view the product and provide feedback. If you absolutely hate what we delivered, you don’t need to buy.

We believe that if we deliver the product within 48 hours, we should receive requests for revisions within 48 hours upon delivery. We won’t nickel and dime you, so revision costs will be on a case by case basis. Sometimes we miss a cat in a photo or a camera in a mirror. We won’t be salty if asked to fix that if a few days go by.
